Definitions

The www.mackays.com internet store is operated by MACKAYS Limited, (registered number SC155016) of James Chalmers Road, Arbroath, Scotland, DD11 3LR.

Refund Information

We take care to ensure that your package is dispatched in perfect condition. If when it has been received you are unhappy with its condition you can:

Reject the delivery, tell the courier, and tell him to return them to us and we will refund your money.

Accept the package and arrange to return the package to us at the above address.  You should contact us to arrange a collection of the parcel, as we will cover the return delivery costs.

If you have received your goods and they are damaged, an offer of a replacement will be given in the first instance, followed by a refund if you are not happy with the replacement option.  Mackays will be responsible for the additional delivery charges to send a replacement package to you.  Mackays will also be responsible for the delivery costs, should the parcel be picked up from you and returned to Mackays.

If you have received damages in your order, which have not been discovered until after opening the package, please photograph the damages and send the photo, with a note of your order number to: onlineshop@mackays.com   We will then arrange to send replacement products out to you, in the first instance, followed by a refund, if the replacement option is not suitable for you.

Should you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us, within 7 days of placing the order, for a full refund to be given.   

Mackays customers are entitled to a 7 day “cooling off period” from the date which the goods are delivered.  If you wish to return your order to us, please contact us at:onlineshop@mackays.com, confirming the order number and that you wish to cancel the order.  A full refund will be given. 

If you have received your goods and have decided that they are unwanted, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery costs to Mackays.  A full refund will be issued, but Mackays will not be responsible for any additional delivery costs, to return the parcel to Mackays.
