Delivery Information

Please note we can only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom mainland. We are unable to deliver to any of the outlying islands or to Northern Ireland.

We cannot deliver to any international addresses. Should you place an order to an international address, it will be refunded and not dispatched.

When we have received your order we will send you an email to confirm the details of the order. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to confirm this.

All goods will be sent via TNT couriers. Delivery will usually occur between 9.00 am and 5.00 p.m. local UK time, Monday to Friday. We do not delivery on a Saturday.

We aim to deliver all orders in 5 working days. All orders require a signature on delivery. If you would like your order left in a “safe place” at the delivery address, please add a note in the message section at the checkout.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it, and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Offices Address finding service.

Please be aware that during peak delivery season (e.g. Christmas) it may 7 working days to process and dispatch your order.

All prices shown are in £ sterling and exclusive of delivery and packing. Delivery charges are added on at the checkout.
